ADPL Defung Ointment is used for skin care related to dead skin cells like warts, corns, psoriasis, and chronic dermatitis. The appearance of flaky and peeling skin is one of the first signs of cracks on the heels. The dryness and flakiness may be worse in certain parts of your heel. You may also experience severe itching around the rim of your heel. So use Defung ointment to help manage heel skin conditions.

• Defund ointment is composed of two medicines: Salicylic acid and benzoic acid

• Salicylic acid is a keratolytic medicine (softens, separates, and causes desquamation (peeling) of the cornified epithelium or horny layer of skin), which breaks down the clumps of keratin, removes dead skin cells, and softens the skin

• Salicylic acid is also an anti-inflammatory agent and topical antibacterial agent

• Benzoic acid is a fungistatic/antiseptic agent and works by inhibiting the growth of fungi. It is also used as an antimicrobial preservative

Directions For Use:

• Clean the affected area and apply sufficient amounts to cover the affected area

• Gently massage the Defung Ointment into the skin
