Directions For Use:

• Step 1. Rinse set with filtered water before use

• Step 2. Prepare water with or without supplements refer to online instructions if using supplements. The bag will hold up to two quarts. A Comfortable temperature range is between 97-101 F (too hot can damage the intestinal lining.)

• Step 3. Hang your enema bag at least 3 feet above the floor (ie. shower rod or bathroom door knob). The Closer to a restroom, the better for easy elimination

• Step 4. Before pouring the liquid into the bag, make sure that the white adjustable clamp is in the "off" position (clamped on a tighter notch) to manage flow. Now pour liquid into the bag

• Step 5. Release any air bubbles in the hose. Hold the insertion tip over the sink or bath. Release the locked clamp until liquid flows, then return the clamp to the "off" Position

• Step 6. Apply coconut or olive oil to the insertion tip and/or your trash for easy insertion. Lie on Your back with your knees drawn toward your chest. Once inserted. lay on your side

• Step 7. Release the clamp to allow liquid flow. Only allow a little bit of liquid into your body at a time. Aim to retain the enema for 12to15 minutes

• Step 8. If you need to eliminate it shortly after your first insertion, do so and return to steps 5-7 until the bag is empty. Give your body ample time to release

• Step 9. Clean your enema kit by running hot water through the bag. Thoroughly clean the insertion tip with hot water and soap
