Alka Syrup is a natural alkaliser that may help to maintain a normal urine pH balance. Yavakshara is a potent urinary alkaliser with mild diuretic activity. Thus, it may help to reduce burning micturition. Dhanyak (Coriandrum sativum) is soothing, with diuretic and antibacterial properties while jeerak (cuminum cyminum) acts as antispasmodic and antimicrobial.
