Directions For Use:

• Wash your hands thoroughly, and find a comfortable position, you can sit, squat, or put one leg up whatever works best for you

For comfortable insertion follow either of the folding techniques:

• The “C-Fold” - Hold the Period Cup in both hands and using your thumb push the cup from both ends and fold it to make a C shape and insert the cup. Wash your hands thoroughly

• The Punch Down Fold – Hold the Period Cup in one hand and using the index finger push one side of the rim towards the bottom of the cup to punch it down. Pinch the side of the rims together keep this fold and insert the cup. Wash your hands thoroughly

• Tips: You can use a water-based lubricant to the rim of the cup to make insertion easier

How to remove:

• Wash your hands thoroughly and find a comfortable position to make the removal easier

• Insert a finger alongside the cup to release the vacuumed seal

• Discard the blood, clean the cup thoroughly with water, and the cup is ready to reuse

How to sterilize the cup:

• Completely submerge the cup in a pot of boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Once cooled it’s ready to use
