Directions For Use:

• Cold, congestion and steam: Add a few drops of peppermint oil to hot water and inhale for de-congestion and cold relief

• Hair and scalp health: Add 2-3 drops daily to shampoo and conditioner to lock moisture and keep hair moisturized and frizz-free

• Skin health: Add a few drops daily to body wash or lotion for healthy and radiant skin. For acne, mix 2-3 drops in a tsp of carrier oil and apply to the affected areas

• Pain relief: Add 5-7 drops to 10ml of jojoba or almond oil and massage to relieve muscle aches. Add 5-10 drops per 200ml water in a diffuser for a minty, pick-me-up fragrance
