Directions For Use:

• Check your Asbob Hot water bag for any leak or damage by filling normal water first

• Unscrew the stopper of the bag and fill hot water up to only 2/3rd of the bag

• Expel excessive air by pressing the bag gently and carefully

• Screw the stopper and tighten it sufficiently

• Using with or without towel, as per individual capacity to resist heat, apply the bag to get relief from pain
