Baidyanath (Jhansi) Kumari Asav is an ayurvedic formulation that helps in liver and digestive troubles. Directions For Use:

• 15 to 30 ml with equal water twice a day after meals or as directed by the physician

• For faster relief, take to liverex tablet twice a day along with kumari asav

Advice:

• Consume food high in sulphur such as onion, garlic, fruit apple, grape, leafy green vegetables, and carrots

• Exercise daily and drink 8 to 10 glasses of water

Avoid:

• Decrease amount of sodium, diet salt, meat, canned vegetables, vegetable juice, frozen dinner and package snacks foods such as potato chips
