Baidyanth Ushirasava drug is very useful to treat nasal bleeding and overflow of Pitta. My mom is using this drug from long time, i found this very effective I also found that Baidyanath brand is more effective than Divya or Dabur although i have used those brand ushirasava medicine earlier but now trust build-up with medicine. I also suggest before you go to purchase this medicine consult with a Ayurvedic Doctor.
