Directions for Use:
For Infrared use:

• Push the switch to ‘W’ to heat up the infrared area. This now starts to light up

• After a few minutes, it is heated up and ready for use

For Massage use:

• Without exerting pressure, massage using slow, circular movements

• Keep the skin taut to achieve optimum results

Safety Information:

• Never use the device for longer than 15 minutes, and allow it to cool off for 15 minutes before using it again
