Directions For Use:

• Put your hand on the brace with your palm down and your thumb through the cutaway

• Bring the edges of the brace together and secure the Velcro straps

• Adjust the straps for a comfortable fit

• Pull the brace up your hand, fingers first

• Place the insert on the outside of your wrist joint

• Pull the brace up and adjust with the additional strap around your wrist
