Directions for use:

• Sit with your back straight and make sure that your feet are flat on the floor without crossing your legs

• Keep your arm at the level of your heart

• Tie the cuff directly on the eye of the crook of the elbow, preferably on your left hand

• Inflate the cuff by turning on the machine using the start button on the monitor

• The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate and display your BP levels along with your pulse rate

• You can go back and check up to 90 records of you or your partner
