Directions For Use:

• Take the desired quantity in a mixing bowl, and add curd in a 1:1 ratio (equal parts premix & curd)

• Please note, that the consistency should be thinner than a traditional dosa batter

• Grease the tawa generously on medium heat

• Pour the batter onto the hot tawa and wait for the air bubbles to form. Flip the dosa and let it cook

• Serve hot with accompaniments of choice
