Replacement Policy:
In case of physical damage, wrong and missing item Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form. 

In case of defective items and inner damages, replacement and/or service shall be covered under brand warranty. 

Replacement verification:
During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image for verification. Please contact the Coway Service Centre for product-related issues. Coway will provide On-call support followed by a technician inspection at your location.

Replacement Instructions:
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with MRP tag and accessories for a successful pick-up.

Filter Replacement

• Step 1: Filter alert button is on

• Step 2: Turn the lid on the backside, left to open

• Step 3 Replace the used filter

• Step 4: Close and Press button for 3 sec to reset

• Read the manual carefully before use

• Keep away from water or moisture

• Unplug the unit before cleaning or filter replacement

• Store in a dry place when not in use

• Note: 3-in-1 Filters are not seperable
