Directions For Use:

• Wash menstrual cups, intimate skin parts and hands with Everteen natural intimate wash and rinse thoroughly

• Sit in a relaxed squatting position. Fold the menstrual cup by punching down its circumference and inserting this open side

• Push the cup at about a 45-degree angle towards your pubic bone

• Then release it to pop it open once inside. Spread along the interior walls with your fingers if needed. Continue to push until the cup is comfortably placed
