Evolve Eye Mask is a reusable moist heat mask that gives soothing relief for tired and sore eyes, gritty sensation or irritation in the eyes. Simply heat in microwave as per usage instructions and apply to the eyes for 10 mins. It can be used up to 360 cycles.

Directions For Use:

• Remove Evolve Eye Mask from the folding box and lay the mask flat in a clean microwave oven

• Microwave the Evolve Eye Mask as follows, based on the power. Rating Maximum Heating Time 000 - 700 W: 20 seconds and 700 - 1000 W: 15 seconds

• Can be used up to 360 cycles depending upon user handling

• Always touch with fingers first to test the temperature before applying to closed eyes. If you feel it is too hot, wait for 1-2 minutes to cool and re-test

• For best results apply the eye mask to closed eyes for 10 minutes per usage or as recommended by your doctor or optician

• The Evolve Eye Mask retains moist heat for 60 minutes. If re-used within 30 minutes reduce heating time by 10 seconds and follow steps 4-6

• For microwave-oven use only, do not exceed a maximum of 30 seconds of heating time. Always check to test it is not too hot before use

• Remove your contact lenses prior to use
