Drink this green tea as many times a day brewing the same leaf continuously 4 to 5 times. Regular consumption of green tea is known to provide health benefits and helps in detox. Directions For Use:

• Pour freshly boiled water into a teapot containing 1/2 teaspoon of this green tea per cup
