Directions For Use:
- Grains: Wash, Soak overnight and use leisurely
- Flour/Daliya/Rava: Use Directly to make the dough, batter or other items
- Flakes/Poha: Wash for a few seconds in a sieve & keep aside for 5 minutes to remove excess water. Use in smoothies, savoury Poha, overnight fruit bowls, desserts etc
- Pasta: Boil for 5 to 8 minutes in boiling water with a pinch of salt and oil
- Noodles: Two styles to use for: Slurpy Noodles add directly to boiled water with veggies and Hakka Noodles
- Sevai / Vermicelli: Dry roast and use for savoury or sweet dishes
