Directions For Use:
Temperature can be measured in two ways:

• Continuous 24x7 Monitoring: From Settings, a person can select the option: "Monitor Continuous Temperature” for continuous measuring. For continuous monitoring, it’s advised you wear your wristband with back pressed against your wrist

• On-Demand: A person can select this option from the screen and can check the temperature. For this option, a person can measure temperature reading by removing the tracker from the strap. Press the smart band (sensor side) under your armpits then clamp it for 5 minutes for highly accurate reading
