Directions For Use:

• Pull the Knee Brace up your right/left leg, toes first.
  The label should always be on the front

• Pull the Knee Brace over your right/left knee, and place the patella only around your kneecap. Make sure the inlay surrounds your kneecap

• Pull the Knee Brace up your leg until the additional stabilizers are symmetrically on the left and right of your knee joint
