Iafa Anu Thailam aids in the proper functioning of the ear, nose, and throat, as well as relieving neck pain. It contains devadaru, a herb that helps to balance kapha and expel excess mucus from the lungs. It also contains shatavari, which is high in antioxidants and aids in the reduction of oxidative stress.

Directions For Use:

• Lie down in a supine position (horizontally with the face & torso facing up) with the head slightly lowered

• Tilt up the tip of your nose with your middle finger and close one nostril with your thumb

• Hold breath (after deep inhalation) for a while and slowly administer 2 drops of Anu Thailam with a dropper in the open nostril near the nasal-septum

• Continue breathing till the Thailam goes inside. Repeat the same procedure in another nostril

• Stay in the same position for 5 minutes with continuous deep breathing

• Spit out excess Kapha, if any and gargle with lukewarm water, if required
