IN2 BCAA is enriched with Branched Chain Amino Acids namely L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine and L-Valine which are valued for their anabolic and anticatabolic properties. It is used in a 2:1:1 ratio before and/or during endurance exercise which may help spare muscle tissue.
