Directions For Use:

• Collect urine samples into a plastic cup or another clean container

• Remove the test strip from the pouch after collecting the sample

• Dip the strip into the urine sample for 5 - 10 seconds and lay flat for 5 minutes

• Read the result and match it with the index at the back of the pack
