Kairali Pippalyadi Thailam is an Ayurvedic herbal oil useful for the management of piles. Piles are the haemorrhoids – masses of tissue present in the around canal, which have become inflamed and is known as “arsha” in Ayurveda. Symptoms for piles may range from mild and temporary, to painful and persistent. It can help relieve pain in the limbs and may be useful for gout management.
