Directions for Use:

• Install as per the instructions in the user manual

• Ensure proper connection of inlet and outlet pipes for efficient operation

• Avoid blocking the rejected water pipe to maintain purification efficiency

• Drain the storage tank if the purifier has not been used for more than two days

Safety Information:

• Read the label carefully before use

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the original part to avoid hazard

• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety

• Warning: Do not operate the UV-C emitter when it is removed from the appliance enclosure

• Read the maintenance instructions before opening the appliance

• The appliance must be disconnected from the supply before replacing the UV-C emitter

• Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and installation in damp areas

• The rejected water can be re-circulated to the overhead tank for Zero Water Wastage

• Avoid sharp bends in the pipe fittings, Do not bend or block the rejected water pipe

• In case of not using the purifier for more than two days, kindly switch off the power supply and drain the storage tank

• Make sure that the temperature of water entering the purifier is within 10°C-40°C

• Maximum distance between the water source and the purifier should not be more than 3 meters

• Do not confine the purifier in a cabinet

• To keep the storage tank clean, it should be drained once in 15 days

• Use Genuine KENT Spares for optimum performance

• Do not try to service the purifier on your own, Instead, call the service technician for help

Replacement Policy:
In case of defective items and inner damages, replacement and/or service shall be covered under the brand warranty. In case of physical damage, wrong or missing item, Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form.  

Replacement verification:
During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image for verification. Please contact the KENT Service Centre for product-related issues. KENT will provide On-call support followed by a technician inspection at your location.

Replacement Instructions:
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging, along with the MRP tag and accessories, for a successful pick-up.

Warranty Information:
1 Year Brand Authorized service from the date of purchase and 3 years of free service. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Any physical damage to, plastic or glass body is not covered under the warranty. 

Brand Installation:
For On-site service, customers need to reach out to KENT service/installation no. 92789-12345 to schedule the installation visit. KENT will arrange free installation within 24-48 hours.
