Dosage:
2 scoops (40 gm) twice daily in 1 cup of lukewarm milk

• Take ⅓ rd cup of lukewarm milk

• Add 2 scoop s(40 gm) of the powder and stir briskly until dissolved

• Add more milk to fill the remaining volume of the cup or add according to taste and preference
