Directions For Use:

• Ensure that the device is switched off before you plugin

• Choose between 3 different massage head options – Multiple points, 3 point and rounded heads depending on your personal preference

• Switch on the device by sliding the switch to ON position

• Guide the device to the area of the body to be massaged. You can stand, sit or lie down and use the massager

• Glide the speed switch and adjust the speed as per your requirement

• Use on a particular area only for 15 minutes and then switch to another

• Switch off the machine and let it cool after usage
