Directions For Use:

• Ensure that the device is switched off before plug in

• Put your feet and calves in the black cloth area

• Switch on the device by sliding the switch to ON position

• You can change the settings by clicking on these buttons

• It has 3 buttons to choose between Vibration & Heat, Manual and
  Auto

• The auto mode has 3 preset actions P1, P2 & P3

• Switch to manual mode and adjust heat, vibration and speed on
  calves and feet
