Directions For Use:
- Take a few drops of the coffee face serum and apply gently by patting it onto the face and neck
- Massage the serum onto your face and neck in an upward motion till it sinks in. Use every day for best results
- Follow up with a small dollop of the coffee oil-free face moisturizer and apply it evenly on the face and neck
- Massage with a jade roller the jaws, chin, and cheeks: take the larger head and start massaging from the centre of your chin, along your jaw, then up your cheekbones, and finally roll upwards towards your ear. Repeat 5-6 times on both sides of the face
- For the forehead, massage the middle of your forehead and roll it towards your ears. Repeat in the same activity 5-6 times then switch to the opposite side of your forehead
- For eyes, now, take the smaller head of the tool and roll from the inner eye towards the outer corner and then up to the temple, applying medium to light pressure. Repeat 10 -15 times on one eye before switching on to the other eye
- The massaging strokes should be gentle on the skin with a steady upwards motion to increase circulation and stimulate lymphatic drainage
- Pop the jade roller in the fridge to double the dose of de-stressing with its cooling sensation
