Directions For Use:

• Prepare the wound according to standard protocol

• All cleansing solutions and skin protectants dry completely

• Remove and discard the centre cut-out piece when using clarop dressing sizes in the original frame design

• Expose the adhesive surface by peeling the printed liner from the dressing

• View the site through the film and centre the dressing over the wound. Do not stretch the dressing during application

• Gently remove the paper frame from the dressing while smoothing down the dressing edges

• Then smooth down the entire dressing, from the centre out to the edges. Use firm pressure to enhance adhesion

• Apply the label to the edge of the dressing or directly on the skin

• Document dressing change information before removing the identification label from the frame
