Directions for Use:

• Take a test strip out of the vial and close the box

• The device activates automatically and recognises the strip code

• Prick a finger using a lancing device

• Apply the blood from above onto the test strip. The channel absorbs up the blood sample while the blood sample window on the test strip shows the filling level

• Read the measurement on the display

Safety Information:

• The strips are for single use only. Do not reuse the strip

• Read the label carefully before use

• Keep out of reach of children

• Avoid any physical damage

• Store in a capped vial in a cool and dry place between 4-30°C

• Check the strips are within their expiry date

• Make sure to wash and dry your hands before testing
