• Of course. Modifying or cancelling your Nua sanitary pad plan is as easy and hassle-free as placing your order. Simply log into your account and go to the 'My Nua Plan' page (in the dropdown menu under your name)

• Click on 'Manage Plan' to modify your plan, select 'Edit' on the relevant customization, or select 'Cancel my plan' at the bottom of the page to cancel your Nua plan

• You can always come back and reactivate your plan by selecting 'Quick Restart' on your 'My Nua Plan' page

Q. Why do Nua sanitary pads come in 3 sizes and how do I change the assortment?

• The ultra-thin pads come in three sizes to help every woman create a pack to suit her flow pattern. Heavy Flow Sanitary Pads (XL+) come with wider backs and are best suited for the first two days of your period. Medium Flow Sanitary Pads (XL) also come with wider backs and are best suited for days when your flow begins to reduce. Finally, Light Flow Sanitary Pads (L) can be used on the last few days of your periods when the flow is minimal

• 3 Heavy Flow, 5 Medium Flow and 4 Light Flow pads are the default assortment that we recommend. However, this assortment can be changed to anything you want it to be. First, reduce the number of pads you want less of by clicking on '-' in the respective sections. Then, increase the number of other pads that you want by clicking on '+'. There is only one rule: the total number of pads in the pack will have to be 12

• Note: If you have an extremely heavy flow and require XXL / XL pads, we currently do not have sanitary pads suited for this type of flow

Each Nua sanitary pad comes in an individual secure shield cover with a resealable flap. After use, place the pad into the cover, seal the flap and discard it in a bin.

Q. How often should I change my sanitary pad during my period?
It is clinically recommended that you change your sanitary pads at least once every 6-8 hours.
