Directions For Use
Take twice daily, preferably after a walk or workout. Add 2 tablespoon full (30g) Protipep powder to a small quantity of milk or water with constant stirring to make a thin paste. Then add milk or water (Approx 1-1.5 Cup) to the paste. Add sugar as per taste.
