Measure circumference of the ankle joint

• S – 7-8" (17.78-20.32cm)

• M – 9-10" (22.86-25.4cm)

• L – 10-11" (25.4-27.94cm)

• XL – 12-13" (30.48-33.02cm)

Directions For Use:

• Place wrap on the ankle and attach distal and proximal straps

• Hold both medial and lateral stretch compression straps

• Cross straps in front of brace and secure to the desired comfort
