Directions for Use:

• Wet the affected area thoroughly with warm water

• Apply Permethrin Soap liberally to work up a rich lather

• Allow the lather to remain on the skin for about 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water

• Use as directed by the physician for effective treatment
