Directions For Use:

• Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly

• Select fingertip site, slightly off centre

• Remove lancet cover

• Insert lancet into lancing device and use it to puncture skin

• Apply a drop of blood to test strip and wipe off excess blood from the finger

• Recap lancet and discard in an appropriate container
