Pravek Ayush Kwath supports the body's natural defence system and helps prevent respiratory infections. This decoction is useful in relieving cold and cough and acts as an adjuvant in upper respiratory tract infections.

Directions For Use:

• Dissolve a pouch of Ayush Kwath in a cup of hot water (approx. 150ml) for 2-3 minutes

• Natural sweeteners jaggery (gud) or raisin (munakka) and lemon juice may be added to enhance the flavour

• Have once or twice a day or as directed by the physician
