Rahat HRHCP 01 Hot/Cold Gel Pack is a uniquely designed gel pack that can be used for cold as well as hot application on the pain-affected area of the body. The hot application provides pain relief from arthritis, sciatica, knee pain, back pain, elbow pain, frozen shoulder, aching muscles, menstrual cramps, or any other body pain. The cold application helps to reduce swelling after an injury, cool down the temperature or relieve minor burns.

Uses:
Ideal to use to provide temporary relief from muscle aches, pains, back pain, sinusitis, and menstrual cramps. It also reduces swelling, and toothaches and provides temporary relief from headaches.

• It is easy to use and travel-friendly

• It has antifreeze properties and is microwavable

• It is washable, reusable, and flexible

• It can be used as a hot gel pack as well as a cold gel pack

Directions For Use:
Application: Cold

• Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to be used in case of injury. Approximately 1 hour is required to freeze gel

Application: Hot

• Microwave: Place the gel pack into the microwave for approximately 30 seconds (If the gel pack is at room temperature) or 1 minute (If the gel pack is frozen) on intermediate power

• After this time, check the correct temperature has been reached. If not, further exposure should be in 10 seconds bursts

• Times are based on an 800W microwave

• Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your microwave

• Hot water: Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached
