Directions for Use:

• Insert the air plug into the air jack securely

• Put your arm through the cuff loop

• Close the fabric fastener firmly

• Press the START/STOP button. The arm cuff will start to inflate automatically

• The reading will be displayed

• Remove the arm cuff

• Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off

Quick Tips:

• Rest for at least 5 minutes, and do not smoke or have stimulating drinks like coffee and alcohol before taking the measurement
