Sandpuppy shoulderflex with hot and cold gel pack is specially designed for injury pain relief. It is an Ideal first aid. Keep the gel in a freezer for usage post-injury, for muscle pain relief, microwave it for 20 seconds and use it on a stiff muscle to get relief. Sandpuppy shoulder flex comes with a hot and cold gel pack to insert in the shoulder strap and wear on a shoulder with a stretch band to apply hot or cold compression. Coupled with hot or cold compression, the shoulder strap relieves injury pain quickly and manages further muscle pain. Sandpuppy shoulderflex is a trappable pad that is ideal for shoulder pain relief by providing targeted heat or cold therapy. Shoulderflex comes with a contoured design and stretch strap band that enables you to give a snug fit around the shoulder. It also has an additional stretching mechanism to give you a snug fit. Directions For Use:

• For cold therapy: Keep the reusable gel pouch in the freezer for 2 to 4 hrs . And insert that gel pouch in the shoulderbrace. Place the shoulder brace around the affected area and use the stretch band to fasten the pad in place

• For hot therapy: Keep the reusable gel pouch in the microwave for 20 mins. And insert that gel pouch in the shoulderbrace. Place the shoulder brace around the affected area and use the stretch band to fasten the pad in place
