Sitaram Ayurveda Thenginpookula Lehyam is a traditional formula from Kerala. Thenginpookula is the Malayalam term for the very nutritious and therapeutic benefits of the coconut inflorescence. It is well suited for post-natal care, low back pain, bleeding and fatigue. It serves as a potent uterine tonic to restore the tone and elasticity of the uterine post delivery.

• Medhika – Fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum)

• Kalajira/ Kalajaji – Black cumin (Nigella sativum)

• Dhanyaka – Corriander (Coriandrum sativum)

• Vidanga – False black pepper (Embelia ribes)

• Misreya – Indian Sweet fennel (Foenicum vulgare)

Directions For Use:
