Good product in capsule form

I have been using it with benefit It literally knocks me out within 30 minutes I haven experienced any side effects secondary to taking it. Don't take more than one unless your physician prescribes you to do so. Once I took 2 tablet at once and felt groggy after waking up This is a perfect drug to those who cannot sleep.

useless no effect even for a beginner like me who has never taken a sleeping pill in life

The thing is its really effective in a continuous sleep. Once you are asleep it arrests you for least 6/7 hours
