Directions For Use:

• For one cup of happy immunity tea, open the sachet, remove 1 teabag and place it in your teacup

• Pour 200ml of water freshly boiled at 80°C over the teabag and let the infusion steep for 3 minutes

• Remove the teabag and savour your refreshing brew on its own, once a week

• Add a dash of honey if required and enjoy it hot or cool, any time of day
