Directions For Use:
- Dry your teeth with a clean napkin or cloth
- Dip your brush into the gel
- Apply a generous coating in the front of each tooth. Avoid tongue and gums. Leave the coating on for 3 minutes
- Spit out any excess serum. Rinse thoroughly with water
- Avoid drinking or eating for 30 minutes post-application. Do not swallow

- Keep the lid tightly closed on the glass bottle when not in use
- Keep the gel out of direct sunlight as that can decrease whitening effectiveness
- Discard excess whitening gel within 4 weeks of opening
- Talk to a dentist before starting any at home whitening system to be sure it's right for you
- Avoid the tongue and gums when applying the gel. A slight tingle is normal, however, if you experience pain or sensitivity, discontinue use immediately
- Do not use for a longer period than 14 days unless supervised by a dentist
