Directions For Use:

• Install: Peel off the one blue protective film and attach it to the back of the product

• Attach: Peel off the second (other) protective film and attach the device to the pain point

• Power On Press the “m” button for 2 seconds to power on. An indicator light will turn on

• Mode Select: Press the “m” button to switch between different massage modes

• Adjust Intensity: Press the “+” or “-” button to adjust the intensity

• Heating: Adjust the heating with the shown button (3 wave-like symbols) in low/middle/high/off order

• Power Off Automatically power off after 15 mins or press the “m” button for 2 seconds
