Directions for Use:

• The mouth-opening physio-therapeutic exercise program was composed of three steps:

• Warm-up movements consist of puffing out your cheeks; you make them larger and rounder by filling them with air. 15 to 20 times without using the UNIQUE mouth-opening device

• Passive stretching with the UNIQUE mouth-opening device for physiotherapeutic exercise

• Use it intra-oral for 1 to 2 minutes each time with a repetition of 3 to 5 times

• Use twice or thrice a day in the morning and evening as directed
