Unjha Kanth Sudharak Vati is an ayurvedic formulation primarily used for throat problems. It is a vata-kapha pacifying and swas-kas-har formulation. It reduces the stickiness and Kapha in the oral cavity, gives freshness and improves the desire for the food. It also improves the appetite and digestion by reducing the kapha in the GI tract and helps to reduce the gas. Yastimadhu is sweet, demulcent, soothing and expectorant, so it improves the quality of voice and capacity of the vocal cord of singers if sucked regularly. It helps expel the sputum from the respiratory tract and helps manage cough and breathing difficulties of any origin.
