Urisoda 44.03 percent W/W powder is composed of sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate anhydrous, tartaric acid, and citric acid anhydrous. The ingredients inUrisoda 44.03 percent W/W powder help to neutralize acidity caused by stomach acids such as hydrochloric acid. This powder is useful for enhancing alkalinity of the urine and for preventing the formation of uric acid stones in those suffering from chronic gout. It is also useful in case of metabolic acidosis owing to reduced acid removal by the kidneys or excess acid production by the body, and indigestion.
