Directions for Use:

• Wash the tumbler thoroughly, do not use any kind of detergents, simply wash in running tap water

• Pour drinking water (approx.80-100 ml) into vijaysar herbal wooden tumbler at night, after 8-10 hours the water will turn brown, consume this coloured water 30 minutes before breakfast

• Once again pour drinking water in vijaysar tumbler and consume it 30 minutes before dinner, repeat the use of vijaysar herbal wooden tumbler continuously for 30 days and when the colour of the water stops changing

• Use it for 45 days
