Act 5 mg/60 mg Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. What if you forget to take Act Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Act 5 mg/60 mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

In the ?stop-start? programme, the partner stimulates the penis until the patient feels the urge to ejaculate. At this point, he instructs his partner to stop, waits for the sensation to pass and then stimulation is resumed. Another the ?squeeze? technique is similar but the partner applies manual pressure to the glans just before ejaculation until the patient loses his urge. Apply some cream like Climax spray / EMLA cream which will further help. Along with this do exercise, stop smoking tobacco alcohol n gutkha, eat fruits and take antioxidant multivitamins and vitamin C. Try this for couple of weeks and if not improved i will advice you some medicines.
I am having acute pain in throat I am feeling feverish but no fever presently. Yesterday I consulted a doctor n he has advised cefakind 500 and Alaspan. Although I hv alrdy taken 2 doses I feel the situation has not improved n I am feeling the medicine is too strong. Pls advise. hi PATIENT Premature ejaculation: 1. medical treatment: Tablet tadapox or dejac-T 1 tablet 1 hour before sex 2. sex therapy: when u think u r about to come, just stop moving and ask ur partner to stop moving as well and stay still for 30 seconds. In 70%, these technique works. Other technique is to ask the partner to squeeze the glans penis with thumb and finger tightly just when u think u r about to come. This will prevent u from ejaculating.
