Antisnuf-N Tablet is a medicine used to treat common cold symptoms. It provides relief from allergic symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and nasal congestion. It also blocks the release of certain chemicals that cause pain and inflammation and relieves aches and fever associated with cold.
Antisnuf-N Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose, a high dose, or overdose may have harmful effects on the body. Prolong use of this medicine may harm your health, do not take it more than the prescribed duration unless your doctor advised you to do so.
It may cause side effects like headache, nausea, vomiting, dryness in the mouth, and diarrhea in some patients. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. Before taking it, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicines.
Note: As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Antisnuf-N Tablet is banned for children under 12 years of age.

How to use Antisnuf-N Tablet

How Antisnuf-N Tablet works
Antisnuf-N Tablet is a combination of three medicines :Nimesulide, Phenylephrine, and Levocetirizine. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Levocetirizine is an antihistamine medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.

Monitor temp. If child has fever place a cool, damp washcloth on your child's forehead , Give your child a lukewarm tub bath or a sponge bath. Give a sponge bath as follows:- ? Use lukewarm water [90?F (32.2?C) to 95?F (35?C)] . Do not use cold water, ice, or rubbing alcohol, which will lower the child's body temperature too quickly. ? Sponge for 20 to 30 minutes. ? Stop if the child starts to shiver. If your child doesn't like the sponge bath or doesn't feel better after the bath, there is no need to give another one. You can use Paracetamol also along with above measures to control fever till you consult Dr. He will determine the patient's immunization status and underlying disorders in these cases which range from mild conditions to the most serious of bacterial and viral illnesses
